Test Engineer

Location: Barcelona

As a Test Engineer you will be part of the SYS and SW validation of our product lifecycle. You will participate fully supporting the development process, from SW unit test to system validation.

Your Tasks:

  • Part of the team in charge of the design and execution of the SW Unit Test, SW integration Test, System integration test and System validation
  • Collaborate in the development of automation tool for testing
  • Do all the documentation related the test cases following the ASPICE standards
  • Active collaboration with the development team and our partners

Your profile:

We are looking for a professional with 2 or more years of experience in embedded system validation covering the following areas:

  • Proven experience in System and Software Validation
  • Experience with Requirement Management
  • Knowledge ASPICE standards
  • Experience in Automotive Communication busses like CAN and Ethernet
  • Experience in Unified Diagnostic Service and Diagnostic over Internet protocols
  • Able to read and understand source code in C
  • English fluency. All our customers are outside Spain
  • Good ability to communicate (writing and verbally) clearly and with confidence
  • Initiative and pro-activity. Teamwork is a key. We don’t work together, we cooperate continuously

Skills to create difference:

  • Proven experience in software unit and/or SW integration testing
  • Experience in Test automation
  • Knowledge about calibration protocols in Automotive like XCP
  • Experience in software development (C++, Python)
  • Knowledge in embedded systems (micro-controllers, peripherals…)
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR.
  • Previous experience in series projects.
  • Previous experience validating Cybersecurity functionalities.
  • Key Tools: CANoe, V-Test studio, CAPL, Vector Cast, Lauterbach / Trace32
  • ISTQB – Foundation level, advanced level or expert level certification
