If the answer is yes,then don’t think twice and apply for the position as a Chief Product Owner(m/f/d)In this position, you will be responsible to coordinate and align stakeholders like the solution management & customer projects. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Chief Product Owners of the other trains. The program backlog of the release trains is in your responsibility. Beside your technical expertise of TTTech Automotive core technology, you have also work experience with agile teams. Your excellent communication skills and open personality helps to drive relentless improvements within our organization

Your  tasks: 

  • Responsible for the release train technically and commercially
  • Coordinates and aligns stakeholders (solution management, customer projects, Chief POs of other trains)
  • Aligns product content, feature roadmap and feature prioritization with solution management
  • Defines the feature roadmap of the release train
  • Owns and prioritizes the program backlog of the release train
  • Leads the product owner team consisting of the Product Owners of all Agile development teams of the release train
  • Responsible for release train releases and lifecycle maintenance

Your profile:

  • 5 years project or product management experience
  • Technical expertise: good understanding of TTTech Automotive Core technology
  • Basic SW development skills (basic understanding of SW development process, SW architecture)
  • Basic knowledge of Automotive System Architectures
  • Practical work experience with Agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
